Academic interests

My Research interests are related to students’ professional competence development and how to facilitate learning and professional competence development in professional programmes. My research can be placed within the following three fields of research:

  1. Coherence, and especially students' Sense of Coherence, in Professional Programmes
  2. Process Quality in Higher Education
  3. Teacher efficacy

I teach and supervise on themes related to pedagogy, professional competence development, process quality, students approaches to studying, self-regulated learning, teaching quality in professional programmes, quantitative and qualitative research methods.
