My Research interests are related to students’ professional competence development and how to facilitate learning and professional competence development in professional programmes. My research can be placed within the following three fields of research:
- Coherence, and especially students' Sense of Coherence, in Professional Programmes
- Process Quality in Higher Education
- Teacher efficacy
