I specialize in analyzing data from International Large-Scale Studies in Education like TIMSS and TALIS. My research focuses on school-level phenomena such as school climate and school leadership, as well as teacher-level outcomes like teacher job satisfaction. I employ various statistical methods including regression, multilevel modelling, multilevel CFA, and multilevel structural equation modelling to study these topics.
