Background
Siv is a highly experienced school leader with over 20 years' experience from various leadership roles in Oslo. She spent 14 years at Ullern and 8 years as principal at Lambertseter upper secondary schools. She holds a degree in civil economics from BI and a Master's in Educational Management from UiO. Her primary area of interest is school development and relationship-based management, and she is passionate about how and she is passionate about how leaders can contribute to improving learning outcomes for all students. In her Master's thesis on Educational Management, Siv explored the use of student results in improvement work in upper secondary schools. Siv is a widely used supervisor and course instructor both in Oslo and in other municipalities within education management and development work.
