Background
Vibeke has many years of experience from school, both as a teacher and school leader. For the past six years, she worked as principal at Heia school in Lier. Here she has worked a lot with the development of the professional community, digitization and the students' learning environment. She is concerned with development in the school and how leaders can facilitate good learning and development, both in the staff and in the student group. Vibeke has a master's degree in educational leadership from the University of Oslo. The topic of her master's thesis was school visits and how guidance as part of school visits can contribute to reflection on teachers' learning management
