This is a very important conference for everyone working in the field of education and development. Birgit Brock-Utne, the Norwegian project leader of LOITASA and the President of BAICE (British Association of International and Comparative Education) will be giving the BAICE Presidental address.

This is the last workshop in LOITASA phase II. It is supposed to be the background for the eigth book from the LOITASA project to be published in South Africa in 2012.
