ICT, discourse and new language practices in educational settings (completed)

This Phd project is about implementing and evaluating CSCL-based practices (computer supported collaborative learning) in developmental educational settings, focusing on the emergence of new discourse and language practices.

Aim

To explore the value of shared learning objects (e.g. text and video) for the development of discourse in classroom and developmental settings, focusing specifically on how emerging representations of joint activity mediate discourse and language use.
