Supplementary Board Elections

Representatives up for election

• 1 deputy representative from the group technical-administrative staff
• 1 representative and 1 deputy representative from the group temporary academic staff
•  2 representatives and 2 deputies from the group students.

The representatives will be elected to the Institute Board for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024.

Candidates for the election must

• have an employment at ISP during election period (from November 21 to November 28, 2023)
• have an active affiliation to the Department during the period 01.01.2024-31.12.2024
• Students must be registered for the semester.

Who can propose candidates and how is it done?

You can only nominate candidates from your own group. In order to nominate candidates for the election, you must:

•   Be employed in a minimum 50% position or hold an adjunct professor position.    

•   Students must be registered for the semester.

Suffrage

You have the right to vote within the electoral group to which you belong:

•   Temporary academic staff

•   Technical-administrative staff

•   Students

To be eligible to vote, you must be:

•  employee in at least a 50% position at ISP

•  semester registered student

Schedule and election period

Proposal deadline: November 6, 2023, at 3 p.m.

Election period: The election will be conducted electronically during the period 21.11.2023 - 28.11.2023.
