After reviewing a long list of applicants to announced positions for research assistants, and interviewing several capable candidates, we are happy that Siri Sandberg, Tone Sannerholt, and Marie Nordahl have joined the project team to help with assessment and intervention.

The team met with our external collaborator, Bob McMurray, to discuss the data of a word reading test and plan the writeup of a report about it. We decided to collect additional data from adults, in order to confirm our interpretation, before producing the final report.

Members of our team visited two participating schools and presented the project to parents’ meetings. We are grateful for the opportunity to meet teachers and parents and discuss our project, and we are looking forward to going back next semester.
