Academic life is very demanding and we sometimes feel under strong pressure. We can feel being under scrutiny, being judged by others, afraid of speaking in public, or too much self-conscious in everyday social situations.
In this seminar, we will discuss the implication for our mental well-being and will show the "elephant in the room": the voice of other in me. Then we will workout some practical activity to learn how to listen and to respond to that voice without stress and anxiety. The workshop will be in English and Norwegian.
The seminar will be held by Professor Luca Tateo and Gül Øzerk, both researchers at the Department of Special Needs Education, University of Oslo.
Welcome all students, PhD students and employees!
